INTRODUCTION

One of Satan's most destructive assignments is not only to attack people but to waste their lives, opportunities, health, finances, relationships, spiritual strength, and destinies. Many people work hard but have little to show for their labor because invisible wasters continually consume what they build.

God is a God of restoration, while Satan is a destroyer. Jesus declared:

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy..." (John 10:10).

Every believer must therefore recognize the operations of spiritual wasters and rise in spiritual warfare through repentance, holiness, faith, wisdom, and persistent prayer.

WHAT IS A WASTER?

A waster is anything or anyone that continually destroys, consumes, reduces, empties, spoils, or renders useless what God has given.

Spiritually, a waster is an evil power assigned to make a person's efforts produce little or no lasting results.

Isaiah 54:16 says:

"...I have created the waster to destroy."

This passage does not mean God approves evil. It emphasizes God's sovereignty: even destructive powers exist only under His ultimate authority and cannot prevail against those He protects (see Isaiah 54:17).

WHAT IS THE SPIRIT OF WASTERS?

The spirit of wasters is a destructive spiritual influence that seeks to bring repeated loss, decay, frustration, and fruitlessness into a person's life.

Its assignment is to ensure that:

  • Labour becomes unprofitable.
  • Blessings disappear.
  • Opportunities are lost.
  • Progress is reversed.
  • Joy turns into sorrow.
  • Destinies are delayed or damaged.

THE MISSION OF THE SPIRIT OF WASTERS

The mission includes:

  1. To waste time.
  2. To waste divine opportunities.
  3. To waste finances.
  4. To waste health.
  5. To waste marriages.
  6. To waste children's destinies.
  7. To waste spiritual gifts.
  8. To waste businesses.
  9. To waste careers.
  10. To waste eternal rewards.

WHAT CAN BE WASTED?

The enemy attempts to waste almost every area of life:

Spiritual

  • Prayer life
  • Faith
  • Anointing
  • Calling
  • Fellowship with God

Physical

  • Health
  • Strength
  • Youthfulness
  • Beauty

Financial

  • Salary
  • Investments
  • Businesses
  • Savings

Family

  • Marriage
  • Children
  • Peace
  • Unity

Career

  • Promotion
  • Education
  • Skills
  • Reputation

Destiny

  • Divine purpose
  • Favour
  • Opportunities
  • Time

WHO ARE THE WASTERS?

Spiritually, wasters may include:

  • Satan and his kingdom.
  • Demonic spirits assigned to destroy.
  • Wicked human agents who knowingly cooperate with evil.
  • False friends.
  • Betrayers.
  • Destiny destroyers.
  • Oppressors.
  • Household enemies.
  • Persistent temptations that lead to destruction.

Scripture also reminds believers that personal sin, foolish choices, and neglect can contribute to loss. Not every hardship is caused by direct demonic activity; wisdom, repentance, and obedience are also essential.

INSTRUMENTS USED BY THE SPIRIT OF WASTERS

The enemy may seek to operate through:

  • Sin and disobedience
  • Fear
  • Ignorance
  • Laziness
  • Addiction
  • Bitterness
  • Pride
  • Unforgiveness
  • Wrong relationships
  • Deception
  • Discouragement
  • Persistent temptation
  • Spiritual compromise

HOW DO THE WASTERS OPERATE?

They may seek to operate through:

  • Repeated setbacks.
  • Delayed breakthroughs.
  • Financial leakage.
  • Unexplained losses.
  • Family conflicts.
  • Spiritual dryness.
  • Wrong decisions.
  • Missed opportunities.
  • Cycles of failure.
  • Constant discouragement.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PEOPLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF WASTERS

Possible signs include:

  • Constant labour without lasting results.
  • Rising and falling repeatedly.
  • Persistent financial struggles despite hard work.
  • Chronic disappointment.
  • Frequent avoidable losses.
  • Repeated missed opportunities.
  • Difficulty completing worthwhile projects.
  • Loss of peace and joy.
  • Spiritual weakness.
  • Lack of lasting progress.

These signs do not automatically prove demonic influence. Illness, economic hardship, poor planning, injustice, or other life circumstances can also contribute. Wise self-examination and practical action should accompany prayer.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE SPIRIT OF WASTERS

Without God's intervention, destructive patterns may result in:

  • Poverty
  • Debt
  • Shame
  • Discouragement
  • Broken homes
  • Lost opportunities
  • Emotional exhaustion
  • Spiritual stagnation
  • Reduced effectiveness
  • Delayed destiny

HOW TO BE DELIVERED

1. Genuine repentance

Confess every known sin.

1 John 1:9

2. Accept Christ wholeheartedly

True freedom begins in Christ.

3. Live a holy life

Holiness closes many doors to the enemy.

4. Pray consistently

Persistent prayer builds spiritual strength.

5. Study God's Word

Truth exposes deception.

6. Fast with wisdom and prayer

Fasting helps believers focus on God and strengthen spiritual discipline.

7. Walk in obedience

Obedience attracts God's protection.

8. Exercise wisdom

Avoid choices that unnecessarily create loss.

9. Forgive others

Do not allow bitterness to gain a foothold.

10. Trust God's promises

God is able to restore what has been lost (Joel 2:25).

HOW TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF WASTERS

  • Put on the whole armour of God.
  • Resist the devil steadfastly.
  • Reject every destructive habit.
  • Speak God's promises in faith.
  • Remain committed to righteous living.
  • Surround yourself with godly counsel.
  • Persevere in prayer.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

Declare by faith:

  • Every assignment of destruction against my life shall fail in Jesus' name.
  • My labour shall produce lasting fruit.
  • The Lord shall restore wasted years.
  • My health, family, finances, and calling shall flourish.
  • Every evil cycle of loss is broken by God's power.
  • I shall not labour in vain.
  • My destiny shall fulfill God's purpose.
  • God's peace shall guard my life.
  • My testimony shall glorify Christ.
  • I shall finish my race with joy.

DELIVERANCE PRAYER POINTS

  1. Father, reveal every area of my life that needs restoration.
  2. Lord Jesus, forgive my sins and cleanse me completely.
  3. Every power assigned to waste my destiny, be broken in Jesus' name.
  4. Every spirit of repeated loss, leave my life in Jesus' name.
  5. I reject every cycle of failure and frustration.
  6. Every financial devourer assigned against me, cease your operation.
  7. Lord, restore every wasted opportunity.

  9. Every arrow of destruction fired against my family, return to sender.
  10. Every spirit of fear and discouragement, depart from me.
  11. Lord, establish the work of my hands.
  12. Every power wasting my health, lose your hold.
  13. My spiritual life shall not be wasted.
  14. Every blessing stolen from me, be restored according to God's will.
  15. Lord, rebuke every devourer assigned against my increase.
  16. Every hidden enemy of progress, be exposed.
  17. Holy Spirit, guide every decision I make.
  18. My children and future generations shall fulfill God's purpose.
  19. Every delay programmed against my destiny, give way to God's timing.
  20. Father, let my remaining years be fruitful, purposeful, and filled with Your glory.

CONCLUSION

God never designed His children to live under continual loss and fruitlessness. Through Jesus Christ, believers have hope, authority to resist the devil, wisdom for righteous living, and confidence in God's promise to restore what has been lost. As you remain in Christ, obey His Word, and persevere in prayer, every destructive agenda against your life will be overturned according to God's will, and your life will increasingly reflect His goodness, fruitfulness, and glory. Amen.

WHEN IT LOOKS AS ALL HOPE IS GONE!

THE WORDS OF TRUTH
WEEKLY DIGEST

𝕋𝕆ℙ𝕀ℂ:
WHEN IT LOOKS AS ALL HOPE IS GONE!

Anchor Scriptures

  • Ruth 1:1–22
  • Hebrews 6:15–17
  • Psalms 69:16–17
  • Isaiah 49:15

Key Verse: "Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you."Isaiah 49:15 (NKJV)

INTRODUCTION

There are seasons in life when everything appears to have collapsed. There are moments when prayers seem unanswered, opportunities disappear, finances fail, relationships break down, health deteriorates, and even faithful believers begin to ask, "Lord, where are You?"

The story of Naomi in Ruth 1 is the story of many people today. She lost her husband, her two sons, her security, and her joy. She even changed her name from Naomi ("Pleasant") to Mara ("Bitter"), believing that God had dealt bitterly with her.

Yet the same woman who thought her story had ended became the grandmother in the lineage of King David and ultimately of Jesus Christ.

Whenever it looks as though all hope is gone, God is preparing a new chapter that human eyes cannot yet see.

WHAT IS HOPE?

Biblical hope is confident expectation that God will fulfill His promises regardless of present circumstances.

Hope is not:

  • Mere optimism
  • Wishful thinking
  • Positive imagination

Hope is:

  • Confidence in God's character
  • Trust in God's promises
  • Waiting with expectation
  • Assurance that God will complete what He has spoken.

Hebrews 6:15–17 teaches that Abraham obtained the promise because he patiently endured.

THE COMPOSITION OF HOPE

H – Hold On To God

Never let go of God even when life becomes painful.

  • Job held on.
  • Joseph held on.
  • David held on.
  • Ruth held on.

Psalm 27:14

"Wait on the Lord..."

O – On His

Stand upon His Word, His faithfulness, His covenant and His character.

Faith stands on who God is, not on present circumstances.

P – Promises

God cannot lie.

His promises remain true even when circumstances disagree.

Examples:

  • "I will never leave you."
  • "I know the plans I have for you."
  • "Weeping may endure for a night..."

E – Everyday

Hope is not exercised only during crises.

Daily:

  • Pray
  • Believe
  • Worship
  • Read Scripture
  • Obey God

WHY DOES IT SOMETIMES LOOK LIKE ALL HOPE IS GONE?

1. Long periods of unanswered prayers

Waiting can become exhausting.

2. Repeated disappointments

Failed expectations weaken confidence.

3. Sudden losses

Like Naomi:

    • Husband
    • Children
    • Property
    • Future

4. Financial collapse

Debts Business failure Job loss

5. Serious sickness

Long-term illness can challenge faith.

6. Spiritual dryness

No joy No peace No strength

7. Delay in God's timing

God's delay is never God's denial.

8. Spiritual warfare

The enemy fights hope because hope sustains faith.

WHAT MAKES HOPE DISAPPEAR?

Sin and disobedience

Sin creates distance from God's presence.

Unbelief

Fear magnifies problems while faith magnifies God.

Negative confession

Death and life are in the power of the tongue.

Discouragement

The enemy often attacks the mind before attacking circumstances.

Isolation

Those who withdraw from godly fellowship often become weaker.

Listening to wrong voices

Not every voice comes from God.

Forgetting God's past faithfulness

David remembered the lion and the bear before facing Goliath.

WHAT COULD MAKE IT APPEAR THAT ALL HOPE IS LOST?

  • Barrenness
  • Delay in marriage
  • Delay in childbirth
  • Job loss
  • Business failure
  • Family rejection
  • Repeated examinations failure
  • Court cases
  • Betrayal
  • Ministry struggles
  • Financial embarrassment
  • Long affliction
  • Death of loved ones
  • Persecution
  • Closed doors

Yet none of these can cancel God's purpose.

WHEN HEAVEN SEEMS CLOSED AGAINST A BELIEVER

Sometimes believers feel like:

  • Prayers are unanswered.
  • Worship feels dry.
  • Fasting produces no visible result.
  • Doors remain closed.
  • God appears silent.

Yet God's silence does not mean His absence.

Psalm 69:16–17

David cried for mercy because he knew God still hears.

WHY DOES GOD SOMETIMES APPEAR SILENT?

  • To build faith.
  • To develop patience.
  • To prepare us for greater blessings.
  • To deepen intimacy with Him.
  • To reveal His glory at the appointed time.

Lazarus died before Jesus came, but Jesus came at the perfect time.

ASSURANCE OF GOD'S PRESENCE

God promises:

"I will never leave you."

"I am with you always."

"Fear not."

Even when feelings change, God's covenant does not.

Isaiah 49:15

A nursing mother may forget.

God never forgets.

LESSONS FROM NAOMI

Never judge your future by your present pain.

Naomi saw only loss.

God saw redemption.

God specializes in restoration.

The end of Naomi's story became greater than the beginning.

God still has people assigned to help you.

Ruth became God's instrument.

Boaz became God's provision.

Your bitterness today can become tomorrow's testimony.

WHEN IS IT TIME TO PRAY FOR MERCY?

Immediately when:

  • You notice spiritual decline.
  • Repeated failure continues.
  • Doors remain shut.
  • You have lost direction.
  • Sin has entered.
  • Joy has disappeared.
  • Hope is fading.

Cry like David:

"Answer me, O Lord."

WHEN IS IT TIME TO SEEK GOD'S FACE?

Always.

Especially during:

  • Delay
  • Crisis
  • Decision making
  • Affliction
  • Waiting season

Seeking God's face is seeking His presence more than His gifts.

WHEN IS IT TIME TO PRAISE AND WORSHIP?

Always.

Especially:

  • Before breakthrough
  • During waiting
  • During warfare
  • During uncertainty
  • During thanksgiving

Praise shifts our focus from problems to God's greatness.

Paul and Silas praised before prison doors opened.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

Declare by faith:

  • Every spirit of hopelessness, leave my life in Jesus' name.
  • Every closed heaven over my destiny, open by fire.
  • Every delay assigned against my destiny, expire today.
  • I refuse to give up.
  • I refuse to quit.
  • My season of restoration has come.
  • My testimony shall not die.
  • My destiny shall not be buried.
  • God shall remember me.
  • The God of Naomi shall rewrite my story.
  • The God of Abraham shall fulfill His promises in my life.
  • My joy shall return.
  • My mourning shall become dancing.
  • My latter end shall be greater than my beginning.

DELIVERANCE PRAYER POINTS

  1. O God, arise and restore every hope that has died in my life, in the name of Jesus.

  2. Father, remember me according to Your mercy and lovingkindness in the name of Jesus.

  3. Every spirit of discouragement assigned against my destiny, die now in the name of Jesus.

  4. Every power making my prayers appear unanswered, be destroyed in the name of Jesus.

  5. Every chain of delay, break by fire in the name of Jesus.

  6. Every inherited hopeless situation, be reversed in the name of Jesus.

  7. Every closed heaven over my life, open by the blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.

  8. Every evil report speaking against my destiny, be silenced in the name of Jesus.

  9. Every power burying my blessings, release them now in the name of Jesus.

  10. Every bitterness in my heart, be replaced with divine joy in the name of Jesus.

  11. Lord, restore my prayer life in the name of Jesus.

  12. Restore my worship in the name of Jesus.

  13. Restore my faith in the name of Jesus.

  14. Restore my peace in the name of Jesus.

  15. Restore my health in the name of Jesus.

  16. Restore my family in the name of Jesus.

  17. Restore my finances in the name of Jesus.

  18. Restore my ministry in the name of Jesus.

  19. Restore every opportunity I have lost in the name of Jesus.

  20. Let this month become the beginning of uncommon restoration in the name of Jesus.

PROPHETIC PRAYERS

  • Father, where men have written me off, write a new chapter of favor, in the name of Jesus.
  • Every impossible situation in my life shall become a testimony, in the name of Jesus.
  • The God who remembered Naomi shall remember me, in the name of Jesus.
  • My waiting season shall end in celebration, in the name of Jesus.
  • Every promise God has spoken concerning my life shall come to fulfillment, in the name of Jesus.
  • My hope shall not be cut off, in the name of Jesus.
  • My latter glory shall exceed my former glory, in the name of Jesus.
  • My family shall rejoice, in the name of Jesus.
  • My destiny shall arise and shine, in the name of Jesus.
  • Before this year ends, I shall testify of God's faithfulness, in the name of Jesus.

CONCLUSION

No matter how dark the night appears, dawn is certain.

Naomi thought everything was over, but God had only begun.

Abraham waited, but obtained the promise.

David cried for mercy, and God answered.

God declares in Isaiah 49:15:

"Yet I will not forget you."

Therefore:

  • Hold on to God.
  • Stand on His promises.
  • Continue in prayer.
  • Worship without ceasing.
  • Wait patiently.
  • Expect restoration.

Your hope is not dead. Your God is alive. What looks like the end is often God's beginning.

Closing Confession:

"I will hold on to God, stand on His promises every day, and refuse to surrender to despair. The Lord has not forgotten me. My hope is alive because my Redeemer lives. I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen."

PRAYERS AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

THE WORDS OF TRUTH
WEEKLY DIGEST

𝕋𝕆ℙ𝕀ℂ:
PRAYERS AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

ANCHOR SCRIPTURES

  • Psalm 27:1-14
  • Psalm 28:1-9
  • Psalm 91:5
  • Psalm 23:4
  • Genesis 15:1-3
  • Isaiah 41:10
  • 2 Timothy 1:7
  • 1 Samuel 17:34-39
  • 1 Samuel 23:27

OPENING DECLARATION

"Every spirit of fear assigned against my destiny, faith, family, health, ministry, finances, and future, be destroyed by the fire of the Holy Ghost in Jesus' Name. Amen."

INTRODUCTION

Fear is one of Satan's most effective weapons against God's children. Before the devil can defeat a believer outwardly, he first attempts to defeat him inwardly through fear. Fear weakens faith, magnifies problems, clouds judgment, hinders prayer, and opens the door to unbelief.

Throughout Scripture, whenever God was about to do something extraordinary in the life of His people, His first instruction was often:

"Fear not!"

God spoke these words to Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Gideon, David, Mary, Peter, Paul, and many others because fear is a major enemy of faith.

In Genesis 15:1, God told Abram:

"Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward."

The presence of fear indicates that our eyes have shifted from God's power to the size of our problems.

WHAT IS FEAR?

Fear is an unpleasant emotional response to perceived danger, uncertainty, loss, opposition, failure, rejection, sickness, death, or future events.

Spiritually, fear is faith in the devil's ability to harm us more than faith in God's ability to protect us.

Fear is believing the negative report above God's promises.

Definition of Fear

Fear is:

  • False Evidence Appearing Real.
  • Confidence in the wrong direction.
  • Expectation of evil instead of expectation of God's goodness.
  • Trust in circumstances rather than trust in God.

WHAT IS THE SPIRIT OF FEAR?

The spirit of fear is a demonic influence that seeks to paralyze faith and disconnect believers from confidence in God.

2 Timothy 1:7 declares:

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Notice that Scripture calls it a spirit.

Fear is not merely an emotion; often it is a spiritual attack intended to:

  • Weaken faith
  • Create panic
  • Produce confusion
  • Discourage prayer
  • Stop obedience
  • Destroy confidence in God

Whenever fear dominates the heart, faith becomes ineffective.

FEAR: A MAJOR INSTRUMENT OF THE DEVIL

The devil uses fear because he knows:

1. Fear Weakens Faith

Faith attracts God's intervention.

Fear hinders the operation of faith.

2. Fear Magnifies Problems

Fear makes giants look bigger than God.

David saw Goliath through God's power while Israel saw Goliath through fear.

3. Fear Produces Bondage

People become prisoners of what they fear.

4. Fear Steals Peace

Fear torments the mind day and night.

5. Fear Causes Spiritual Paralysis

Many people know what God wants them to do but cannot move because fear has imprisoned them.

WHAT CAUSES FEAR?

1. Lack of Trust in God

When confidence in God decreases, fear increases.

Isaiah 41:10

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee."

2. Negative Reports

Bad news often creates fear.

The ten spies brought an evil report which produced fear in Israel.

3. Past Failures and Experiences

Past disappointments can create fear of future attempts.

4. Ignorance of God's Word

The less we know God's promises, the more vulnerable we become to fear.

5. Demonic Oppression

Some fears have spiritual roots requiring deliverance and intense prayer.

6. Focusing on Circumstances

Peter walked on water until he focused on the storm.

Whatever captures your attention controls your emotions.

WHAT FEAR CAUSES IN THE LIFE OF A BELIEVER?

1. Fear Produces Doubt

Fear and faith cannot thrive together.

2. Fear Delays Destiny

Many opportunities are lost because of fear.

3. Fear Opens Doors to Anxiety

Fear creates emotional and mental torment.

4. Fear Weakens Prayer

Fear-filled prayers lack confidence.

5. Fear Destroys Vision

People stop dreaming and pursuing God's purpose.

6. Fear Brings Discouragement

Fear convinces believers that victory is impossible.

7. Fear Can Lead to Wrong Decisions

Many people make costly mistakes under pressure and fear.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN FEAR IS ENTERTAINED IN THE HEART?

When fear is allowed to remain:

  • Faith begins to die.
  • Hope becomes weak.
  • Joy disappears.
  • Courage fades.
  • Prayer becomes ineffective.
  • The mind becomes confused.
  • Opportunities are missed.
  • Spiritual growth becomes stagnant.

Fear grows wherever it is tolerated.

THE ROOT CAUSE OF FEAR

The deepest root of fear is separation from confidence in God's presence and power.

Whenever people lose awareness of God's:

  • Presence
  • Protection
  • Promises
  • Power

Fear gains entrance.

Psalm 23:4 says:

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me."

David's confidence was not the absence of danger but the presence of God.

DAVID'S SECRET OF CONQUERING FEAR

1 Samuel 17:34-39

David remembered God's past faithfulness.

He declared:

"The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, He will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine."

David defeated Goliath before facing him because fear had already been defeated in his heart.

FEAR MAGNIFIES PROBLEMS MORE THAN GOD

Fear enlarges obstacles.

Faith enlarges God.

The fearful Israelites saw:

  • A giant
  • Defeat
  • Impossibility

David saw:

  • A defeated enemy
  • God's power
  • Certain victory

Your perspective determines your outcome.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR

1. Know God's Word

Faith comes by hearing God's Word.

The Word destroys fear.

2. Speak God's Promises

Declare God's promises daily.

3. Pray Aggressively

Fear cannot survive in a prayerful heart.

4. Remember Past Victories

The God who delivered yesterday can deliver today.

5. Focus on God's Greatness

Magnify God above every challenge.

6. Reject Fear Immediately

Never negotiate with fear.

Refuse fear the moment it appears.

7. Stay Filled with the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit releases courage and boldness.

WHEN AND HOW TO REFUSE FEAR

Refuse fear:

  • When bad news arrives.
  • When doctors give difficult reports.
  • When finances appear impossible.
  • When enemies threaten.
  • When circumstances seem hopeless.
  • When delays occur.
  • When uncertainty arises.

How to refuse fear:

Say:

"I refuse fear. God is with me. God is for me. God is greater than this situation. I shall not be defeated."

HOW TO REJECT THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF FEAR

1. Repent of Doubt and Unbelief

2. Renounce Every Agreement with Fear

3. Declare God's Word Daily

4. Resist Fear in the Name of Jesus

5. Maintain a Lifestyle of Faith

6. Surround Yourself with Faith-Building Influences

FEAR CANNOT PRODUCE POSITIVE RESULTS

Fear:

  • Cannot heal.
  • Cannot solve problems.
  • Cannot create opportunities.
  • Cannot bring promotion.
  • Cannot produce miracles.

Fear only magnifies problems.

Faith magnifies God.

DELIVERANCE PRAYER POINTS AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEAR

  1. Father, forgive me for every fear, doubt, and unbelief in Jesus' Name.

  2. Every spirit of fear operating in my life, be cast out by fire in Jesus' Name.

  3. I break every covenant with fear, anxiety, worry, and panic in Jesus' Name.

  4. Every arrow of fear fired into my mind, backfire in Jesus' Name.

  5. Spirit of intimidation assigned against my destiny, die by fire in Jesus' Name.

  6. Every fear of failure, disappear from my life in Jesus' Name.

  7. Every fear of death, lose your hold over me in Jesus' Name.

  8. Every fear of the future, be destroyed in Jesus' Name.

  9. Every fear of sickness and affliction, be consumed by Holy Ghost fire.

  10. I receive the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind in Jesus' Name.

  11. O Lord, increase my faith beyond every fear.

  12. Every satanic imagination producing fear in my heart, be arrested in Jesus' Name.

  13. I shall not be controlled by fear; I shall be led by faith.

  14. Every stronghold of fear inherited from my family line, break in Jesus' Name.

  15. Every evil dream creating fear and confusion, be cancelled by the Blood of Jesus.

  16. Lord, let Your perfect love cast out every fear from my life.

  17. Every giant confronting my destiny, fall before me as Goliath fell before David.

  18. I receive boldness to fulfill God's purpose for my life.

  19. O Lord, arise and fight every battle creating fear in my life.

  20. I declare total victory over fear through Jesus Christ.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

  • The spirit of fear shall not control your life.
  • Every power intimidating your destiny shall be scattered.
  • You shall walk in divine boldness and confidence.
  • The Lord shall be your shield and defender.
  • Every fear of failure shall become testimonies of success.
  • Every fear of lack shall become abundance.
  • Every fear of sickness shall become divine health.
  • Every fear of death shall be replaced with divine preservation.
  • Every fear concerning your children, family, ministry, career, and future is destroyed today.
  • You shall move forward by faith and not by fear.
  • The God of Psalm 27, Psalm 28, and Psalm 91 shall preserve, defend, strengthen, and establish you.
  • From today, fear shall bow to faith, and every battle before you shall become a testimony.

AMEN AND AMEN.

Closing Scripture: Psalm 27:1

"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" Amen.

THE MARRIAGE THAT OPERATES UNDER GOD’S BLESSINGS

THE WORDS OF TRUTH
WEEKLY DIGEST
June 21st, 2026

𝕋𝕆ℙ𝕀ℂ:
THE MARRIAGE THAT OPERATES UNDER GOD’S BLESSINGS

Main Scriptures:
1 Peter 3:1–22
Genesis 1:27–28; 5:2; 9:1

INTRODUCTION

Marriage was not invented by man; it was established by God. Before governments, cultures, traditions, and human institutions existed, God created the first marriage between Adam and Eve.

Marriage is not only a social relationship; it is a divine covenant designed to carry God's purpose, blessing, multiplication, protection, and glory on earth.

A marriage may exist physically but operate outside God's blessings when it is built on wrong foundations, disobedience, bitterness, selfishness, or ungodly patterns.

A marriage operating under God's blessings is one where:

  • God is the foundation
  • His Word is the authority
  • Husband and wife walk in covenant faithfulness
  • Love, honour, forgiveness, and submission operate
  • The purpose of God is fulfilled through the union

THE DIVINE ORIGIN AND COVENANT OF MARRIAGE

Genesis 1:27–28

“So God created man in his own image... male and female created he them. And God blessed them...”

Before God gave Adam and Eve a command, He first released a blessing.

This shows that marriage was created as a blessed institution.

The first blessing upon marriage included:

1. Fruitfulness

Marriage was designed to produce life, ideas, destiny, and impact.

2. Multiplication

PRAYERS TO DEAL WITH LONGTIME PROBLEMS (BATTLES)

THE WORDS OF TRUTH
WEEKLY DIGEST

𝕋𝕆ℙ𝕀ℂ:
PRAYERS TO DEAL WITH LONGTIME PROBLEMS (BATTLES)

Main Texts:
Gospel of John 9:1–30
Second Book of Samuel 3:1
Second Book of Kings 5:1; 4:18–20

Theme Scripture:

"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all." - Psalm 34:19

INTRODUCTION

Life battles do not always begin today. Some battles have roots, histories, patterns, and long seasons attached to them. In Scripture, we see people who carried problems for many years until they encountered the power of God.

The man born blind in John 9 did not become blind because of a recent event. His condition existed from birth. Yet one encounter with Jesus ended a lifelong limitation.

The Bible says:

"And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth." — John 9:1

The message is this:

No matter how old a battle is, it is not older than the power of God.

WHAT IS A PROBLEM (BATTLE)?

A problem is a situation, condition, challenge, or opposition that prevents a person from experiencing peace, progress, purpose, or fulfilment.

A battle is a struggle between opposing forces.

In the spiritual sense, battles may involve:

  • Persistent obstacles
  • Repeated failures
  • Family patterns
  • Unexplained delays
  • Emotional wounds
  • Spiritual attacks
  • Long-standing limitations
  • Cycles that resist change

Example:

David experienced a long battle before becoming king.

"Now there was long war between the house of Saul and the house of David..." — 2 Samuel 3:1

WHAT IS LONGTIME?

Longtime means something that has existed for an extended period.

It describes:

  • A condition that has lasted many years
  • A repeated situation
  • A pattern that refuses to end
  • Something that has become established

A longtime situation is not just old; it has become familiar.

WHAT IS A LONGTIME PROBLEM (BATTLE)?

A longtime problem is a persistent challenge that continues beyond its expected season and affects a person's life repeatedly.

It may appear as:

1. Longtime sickness

Example:

Naaman was a great man, but he carried leprosy.

"Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man... but he was a leper." — 2 Kings 5:1

2. Longtime delay

Something that should have happened but keeps postponing.

3. Longtime family struggles

Patterns repeating across generations.

4. Longtime spiritual battles

Situations requiring divine intervention.

WHAT LONGTIME PROBLEMS CAN CAUSE

Long battles can produce:

1. Weariness

The person becomes tired of fighting.

"Hope deferred maketh the heart sick..." — Proverbs 13:12

2. Loss of confidence

A person begins believing nothing can change.

3. Fear and anxiety

4. Isolation

People may withdraw because of shame.

5. Missed opportunities

6. Wrong decisions

Desperation can lead people into wrong choices.

7. Spiritual weakness

A person may become discouraged in faith.

SIDE EFFECTS OF LONGTIME BATTLES

Physical effects

  • Weakness
  • Stress
  • Loss of energy

Emotional effects

  • Sadness
  • Frustration
  • Anger
  • Hopelessness

Social effects

  • Broken relationships
  • Rejection
  • Stigma

Spiritual effects

  • Doubt
  • Prayerlessness
  • Feeling abandoned by God

HOW TO RECOGNIZE A LONGTIME PROBLEM

Signs include:

1. Repeated cycles

The same issue appears again and again.

2. Unusual delays

Progress comes with constant resistance.

3. Generational patterns

Similar struggles appear among family members.

4. The problem affects different areas of life

For example:

A challenge affecting finances, relationships, health, and purpose.

5. Human solutions fail repeatedly

When ordinary methods cannot resolve it, divine intervention may be needed.

WHAT LEADS TO LONGTIME PROBLEMS?

Not every problem has the same source.

Possible causes include:

1. Human mistakes

Wrong choices can create long-term consequences.

2. Lack of wisdom

Poor decisions can prolong difficulties.

3. Unforgiveness and bitterness

These can keep people emotionally trapped.

4. Fear and unbelief

Fear can prevent people from taking steps of faith.

5. Spiritual opposition

The Bible shows spiritual battles exist.

"We wrestle not against flesh and blood..." — Ephesians 6:12

6. Delayed obedience

Ignoring God's instruction can prolong struggles.

WHAT LONGTIME PROBLEMS LEAD TO

If not addressed, they may lead to:

  • Loss of purpose
  • Wasted years
  • Broken dreams
  • Poor choices
  • Continuous frustration
  • Generational repetition

But God can interrupt any negative cycle.

CONSEQUENCES OF IGNORING LONGTIME BATTLES

A person may:

  • Accept the problem as normal
  • Stop expecting change
  • Make peace with limitations
  • Transfer struggles to the next generation

The blind man in John 9 refused to remain defined by his condition.

THE FATE OF THOSE SUFFERING LONGTIME BATTLES

The good news:

A longtime battle does not mean a lifetime sentence.

God specializes in impossible cases.

Examples:

The blind man

A lifetime blindness ended.

Naaman

A respected leader with a hidden battle received healing.

David

A long war ended and God's purpose prevailed.

WHAT TO DO TO OVERCOME LONGTIME PROBLEMS

1. Identify the battle

You cannot effectively fight what you refuse to acknowledge.

2. Seek God

"Call unto me, and I will answer thee..." — Jeremiah 33:3

3. Strengthen your faith

Believe that God can change your situation.

4. Obey divine instructions

Naaman received healing after following God's instruction.

5. Remove wrong foundations

Deal with habits, attitudes, and choices that sustain problems.

6. Maintain consistency

Long battles often require persistent prayer.

HOW TO STOP OR TERMINATE LONGTIME BATTLES

1. Through genuine repentance

Turn away from anything contrary to God's will.

2. Through forgiveness

Release people and situations that keep your heart bound.

3. Through prayer

Bring the matter before God.

4. Through God's Word

The Word gives direction and strength.

5. Through faith-filled action

Faith requires obedience.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS

In the name of Jesus:

  1. Every longtime battle assigned against my destiny, your time is over!

  2. Every cycle of delay and limitation breaks by the power of God.

  3. Every door that has remained closed for years opens according to God's purpose.

  4. Every burden I have carried beyond my season is removed.

  5. The God who remembered Joseph, David, and the blind man will remember me.

10. Prayer of Victory

CLOSING MESSAGE

The age of a problem does not determine its authority.

The man in John 9 carried blindness from birth, Naaman carried leprosy despite his position, and David fought a long war; but God brought deliverance.

A longtime battle can meet a timeless God and end suddenly.

Amen.
