6. TWO STRONG ILLUSTRATIONS

1. The Two Painters

A rich man hired two painters to decorate a room.

One painted without talking to the owner, using his own ideas.

The other asked questions, listened, and tried to understand the owner’s mind.

When they finished, the second painter’s work matched the owner’s desire perfectly.

Lesson:

Having the mind of Christ means walking closely with Him and reflecting His will, not our assumptions.

2. The Eagle and the Chickens

An eagle was raised among chickens.

When the eagle looked up, its mind changed, and so did its life.

Lesson:

When you see Christ and adopt His mindset, you rise above human limitations.

7. CALL TO REPENTANCE

If your thoughts have been dominated by anger, envy, fear, lust, pride, unbelief, bitterness, or worldly thinking, God invites you to repent.

True repentance includes:

Forgive me for pride, fear, impurity, bitterness, and unbelief.
